[Industry News Reporter Ki-young Choi] ENITT (CEO Ki Song-do) is a disaster safety management and energy efficiency artificial intelligence (AI) solution specialist. It is headquartered in Gwangju, has a corporate research institute in Naju, Jeollanam-do, and an R&D center in Seoul. Through joint research with the Korea Institute of Photonics and Technology, it has successfully commercialized the ‘e-DAS’, an AI-integrated optical fiber sensor solution, for the first time in Korea. e-DAS is a key technology for establishing a preemptive response system in response to the increasing risk of accidents and disasters due to the rapid aging of major domestic infrastructure. Enit is emerging as a new light in disaster and accident prevention in Korea.
